happy halloween

She was the hit of the neighborhood. We had people pulling over to stop and look at her on the side of the road. For sure the only lollipop in Georgetown. Main st was bustling with tricker treaters and the houses were straight out of a Martha Stewart magazine. We had a great night and 1 full bucket of candy. Now were off to pack for our trip to California in the morning (candy will be used as bribery on the plane!) Wish me luck.

halloween eve

Ruby informed me that she wanted to be scary for Halloween. Being that we are sticking the tradition of sweet treat costumes her trick or treating uniform did not come close to "creepy"(her words.) Brady's dad is going out of town tomorrow so he will be missing out on the festivities and we thought we would spook him and give him a trick or treat so he didn't feel left out.
Ruby was loving every minute of getting the makeup done. The lines on the forehead were her idea.
She scared me so much I could not stop taking pictures, this is my favorite.

Faith's first post

Brady is now NOT the only computer owner in the family, I too have acquired a hand-me-down piece of technology that is my very own. I am the proud user of my OWN computer! I may still not be cool enough to like my space but I am taking the family web site under my wing anyways. Also to replace the camera that I stupid idly left on the roof of my car only then to shatter into pieces as I rounded a corner, I (we, being I don't work any more) bought a new Nikon digital SLR. (purchasing this gave me butterflies in my stomach and I LIKED IT!) So I vow not only to keep you informed of our family events weekly but also entertained with my wanna be a artsy pro photographer pictures to boot. Don' t complain about it just make your comments and keep checking out our site. You never know what's coming next. (except ruby's Halloween costume thats in the works.. you won't want to miss it"

autumn.

This takes child obsession to a whole new level. Pumpkin carving to the extreme. This pumpkin was entered in martha stewarts carving contest, we know it should win.
